Leidos Holdings Inc., a company specializing in science and technology, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter recently. The reported and predicted earnings and revenue for the entire year of 2024 align with the forecasts offered by analysts.

For the fiscal year 2024, Leidos expects its adjusted earnings to fall somewhere between $7.50 and $7.90 per share, with revenues ranging from $15.7 billion to $16.1 billion.

These forecasts coincide with the expectations of 15 analysts, who, as surveyed by Thomson Reuters, anticipate the company to report earnings of approximately $7.60 per share and revenues nearing $15.96 billion for the year. These estimates usually do not consider any special items.

Additionally, Leidos' Board of Directors stated recently that a cash dividend of $0.38 per share will be paid to shareholders on March 28, 2024. This dividend will include those who hold stock records, determined at the close of business on March 15, 2024.
